Rooftop Training is an intensive, effective and versatile Full Body Workout. Mostly working with our own body weight covering all aspects of physical fitness, we combine strength with mobility and coordination with endurance.
Everybody, no matter what their fitness level is can participate. You learn to adapt the exercises to your level. Through our professional supervision you have the security of doing the exercises correctly and can profit from the tips and tricks of the trainer. Individual support and fun are our first priorities. Together as a group with the input of every individual we can achieve our goals together.
Rooftop Training was founded in 2011, as a independent part of the City Sport+Gesundheit. We provide the know-how, you bring the will, together we can achieve every goal!
Rooftop Training consists of elements from Crossfit, Functional Training, Ropes, kettlebell, barbell and TRX. Through our professional supervision you have the security of doing the exercises correctly and can profit from the tips and tricks of the trainer.
Anyone can join Rooftop Training. You learn to perform the exercises on your level and know how to simplify or make them more difficult.

Rooftop training is the perfect workout program... varied, challenging, dynamic and fun. It is clear that Anuschka and Dylan are passionate about Rooftop, and they continually add new exercises and workouts. I will never go back to a traditional gym.
