Rooftop Training

Rooftop Training is an intensive, efficient and varied total body workout. We work mostly with our own body weight. Rooftop Training consists of elements from Crossfit, Functional Training, Ropes, Kettlebell, Barbell and TRX.

Kettlebells + Weights

Small ball, big effect. Kettlebell and Weightlifting are coordinatively demanding sequences that promote explosive strength and core stability. You will learn the sequences step by step and thus can achieve the security to perform the exercises correctly.

TRX® Suspension Training

The body is challenged as a unit. You work exclusively with your own body weight. Since the body is always in a free and instable situation, core strength, flexibility, coordination and balance are improved.

Yoga

Breathing and movement are combined as one. We move with the inhalation and exhalation from one pose to the next. The asanas (postures) are fluently strung together. Yoga complements the Rooftop Training optimally and promotes mobility.
